Vikram Cha Cha is VJ’s uncle and, with the rest of VJ’s family off in India, is essentially VJ's surrogate father... which kind of sucks. He means well but seems to bring more trouble with him than he's worth. He’s like “The Cleaner” in Pulp Fiction, except exactly opposite in every way.
Vikram is a trained veterinarian, but if you asked an animal about him he’d probably use words like “Mengele” and “insane”. Vikram is also a budding businessman and is always looking for a new way to make a buck, be it at running a video arcade or dealing in black market pet organs.
