The Dragon Boys are the most feared of the Chinatown triad gangs. Their leader, Irwin Chang, is a king amongst badasses. He’s cool, slick and a fashion plate to boot. Think of an Asian Morrisey.
If something is illegal and underground, chances are Irwin is around somewhere. He’s also known as a ladies man but if he had a family crest, it’d probably read “Sloppy Seconds”.
Irwin is also a quiet guy. So quiet that he never speaks, communicating only through rings of smoke translated by his right hand man, Rudolph. It’s actually pretty cool.
